Yvette Gormaz of Aurora, IL, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025, at the age of 40. Born on July 30, 1985, in Aurora IL. She was the daughter of Adolfo F Amador and Elisa Amador.

Yvette lived her life for her children. She was a devoted mother and a great friend. She was kindhearted and always willing to help. A graduate of East Aurora High School in 2003.

Yvette is survived by her spouse, Victor Gormaz; children: Anthony, Emily, David, Zelda. She was preceded in death by Apolinar Calderon, Manuela Calderon, Gabriela Calderon, Adalberto Amador V, Zoila Amador, Gerardo Amador, and Francisco Esparza.

A celebration of life will be held at Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory 1801 Douglas Rd Oswego IL on November 21, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. until time of prayer service 11:00 A.M. visitation will continue from 11:30 A.M. until time of funeral procession 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery 278 Ashland Ave Aurora IL.
