Wanda Marie Bublitz-Morsch, age 89 of Ottawa, IL, formerly of Sheridan, IL, peacefully passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 at the Pleasant View Lutheran Home in Ottawa, IL. She was born June 5, 1933 in Dayton Township, IL, the daughter of the late Herbert and Junie nee Bultman Applebee. Wanda worked as a special education bus driver of Serena Unit School District #2 from 1977 to 2005. She also worked at CTS Knights in Sandwich, IL for over 25 years. She was an active member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Ottawa, IL. She is survived by her sons Dale (Delores) Bublitz of Gainsville, FL, Kevin (Patty) Bublitz of Sheridan, IL, grandchildren Oliva, Brian and Karen and numerous great-grandchildren, sister Vivian (Alvin) Knack of Toluca, IL, sister-in-law Dorothy Applebee of Spring Valley, IL and step-son Dale (Janet) Morsch of Marseilles, IL. She was preceded in death by her first husband Harold A. Bublitz in 1974, her second husband Willard J. Morsch in 2005, a sister Joyce Bentz and three brothers Norman "Butch" Applebee, Delbert Applebee and Jerry Applebee. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Elerding Cemetery in Sheridan, IL.
