Troy Kurtis Risk, 54 of Belvidere, IL formerly of Sheridan, IL died suddenly on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his residence. He was born March 25, 1966 in Sandwich, IL the son of Ellery Roland and Karen Lynn nee Studebaker. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a technician for several telecommunications companies for over 30 years. He was a member of the Class of 1984 of Somonauk High School and IBEW Local #201 in Rockford, IL. He is survived by his daughter Kylie Risk, a sister Tiffani Risk, a nephew Zander Ott. He was preceded in death by his sister Robyn Renae Risk, his maternal grandparents Lyle and Marian Studebaker, paternal grandparents Ellery and Maxine Risk and uncle Frank Studebaker.
