Todd Lawrence Glider, 56, of North Aurora, IL. Passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, March 28, 2025.

Todd was born in Dubuque, IA on October 10, 1968. He was the son of Larry and Sandra nee Kramer Glider. He graduated from Union Grove High School, Union Grove, WI. and from North Central College, Naperville, IL earning a B.A. in Marketing. Todd worked in the retail industry for many years and was currently employed as a Human Resources Associate at Amazon in Joliet, IL.

Todd was a weightlifting enthusiast and enjoyed regular workouts at the gym. He also loved the arts and enjoyed attending theatrical productions in Chicago. He treasured time spent with his family – whether it was exploring the rich history of Galena, IL with his Mom and Aunt Linnie or enjoying summer outdoor concerts with his Dad and Mom; going for Sunday afternoon bike rides with his mom; embarking on a Colorado skiing or rafting adventure with his sister, Jenn; or being the loving uncle to his two sweet nieces, Callie and Koda. Todd enjoyed and loved his family.

Todd is survived by his parents, Larry and Sandra Glider of Oswego, IL; his sister Jen Glider (Kent Wood) of Morrison, CO, his beloved nieces Callie and Koda Glider-Wood of Morrison, CO, his uncle Roger Glider of Milwaukee, WI, his aunts Patricia Glider of Epworth, IA and Linda (Linnie) Kramer-Abing (Jerry Abing) of Dubuque, IA along with many cousins and his devoted kitten, Chloe (a true joy in his life)

Todd was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Cecil and Edith Glider, his maternal grandparents, Eldon and Geraldine Kramer, his uncle Steven Glider and first cousin Tracy Lyn nee Zickhur McDermott.

Todd was a gentle soul with a kind heart and a warm and easy laugh that his friends and family will dearly miss – until we meet again.
