STEVEN C. JOHNSON April 28, 1967 - February 20, 2016 Steven Charles Johnson, 48, of Sheridan passed Saturday morning February 20, 2016 at the Decatur Memorial Hospital. Steve was born April 28, 1967 at the Sandwich Hospital to Hallie & Sharon (Stanley) Johnson. He had been an operator for the past nine years at the Stewart Spreading Co. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Johnson of Sheridan; his three children, Brandon (Tami) Johnson of Bozeman, MT, Brady Johnson of Ottawa, Brynn (Eric) Wormley of Seneca, their mother, Laurie Bailey-Johnson of Sheridan; four grandchildren, Hendrix Johnson, Kennedy Wormley, Kaelyn Wormley, Rileigh Johnson and a brother, Howard (Leslie) Johnson of Serena. He was preceded in death by his father Hallie Johnson. A gathering of family & friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. – noon Thursday, February 25th at the Gabel-Dunn Funeral Home Ltd. in Sheridan. Following the gathering, inurnment of cremains will be at the Norway Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Brent Harney, Mark Woodward, Joseph Nodland, Darin Naggs, James Castelli Jr. and Scott Likeness. Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice.
