Sterling M. Sullivan, 55, of Oswego, IL passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Season's Hospice Center in Naperville, IL. He was born August 24, 1964 in Chicago, IL the son of Plummer and Gladys (Parrish) Sullivan. Sterling worked as VP & Sr. Wealth Advisor at Calamos Wealth Management of Naperville, IL. He was on the board of DePaul University's Institute for Business & Professional Ethics; a long time board member of Three Fires Council - Boy Scouts of America; member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity; mentor for Thee Village Keepers in Chicago, IL. He also was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Karen (Krebs) Sullivan, daughter Payton Sullivan, son Sterling Sullivan Jr., daughter Christiane Sullivan, mother Gladys Sullivan, sister Paula Sullivan, brothers Preddis (Elisa) Sullivan and Michael (Vicki) Sullivan, sister Erin Sullivan. Also, sisters Sade Frazier and Regina (Billy) Patton. He was preceded in death by his father, Plummer Sullivan. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
