Sophie L. Wagner, age 85, of Plainfield, IL passed away March 18, 2015 at Season's Hospice in Naperville, IL. She was born April 18, 1929 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Bernard and Stephanie nee Motyka Dziedziak. Beloved Mother to Glenn E. (Shelley) Wagner, Susan M. (David) Niedzielko, Sally A. (James) Bassett, and Thomas E. (Patti) Wagner. Grandmother of Lisa Patterson, Kevin Wagner, Allison Scigalski, Steven, Michael and Robert Bassett, James, Christopher and Katy Wagner, step-grandchildren Gretchan, Shelby and Anthony, and great-grandchildren. Fond sister of Walter Dziedziak and sister-in-law to Leo Marks. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Edward G. Wagner who passed away November 1, 2013, sisters Josephine (John) Zadrozny, Anne (Edward) Paska, Mary (Frank) Michalski, Helen (Andrew) Kozak, Rose Marks, Jean Dziedziak and brothers Frank (Jean) and Stanley Dziedziak.
