Shirley A Sharp, 77 years, of Montgomery, IL died Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, IL, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 3, 1939 in Heron Lake, MN the daughter of the late Donald D and Ann M nee Carsten Smith. Shirley and her family are charter members of St Luke Lutheran Church in Montgomery, IL. Shirley is survived by her husband Daryl Sharp, four sons Todd (Lauren) Sharp of Ankeny, IA, Terry (Sherri) Sharp of Oswego, IL, Timothy Sharp of Montgomery, IL, Troy (Victoria Hornback) Sharp of Montgomery, IL, ten grandchildren, one great grandson, two sisters Maryls Lairson of Dallas, OR, Debra Stepper of Independence, OR, also nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death also by her daughter Laurie Ann Sharp. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 Douglas Road Oswego, IL. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St Luke Lutheran Church 63 Fernwood Road Montgomery, IL. Interment will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.
