Shirley L. Miller, age 94, passed away with her daughters by her side on November 29, 2023, at Jennings Terrance in Aurora, IL. Shirley was born December 14, 1928, in Somonauk, IL, daughter of the late Howard Nation and Gladys Eader.

Shirley had an interest in gardening, she took great care in keeping her surroundings lively and well-manicured. Shirley also enjoyed spending her time playing card games with family and friends and appreciated venturing out to play a fun game of Bingo.

She is survived by her children, Nancy (Dave) Svenson, Debbie Miller, Diane Johnson (Ron Miller); grandchildren Kim Bixler, Sean Devine, Jennifer Hamm, Christopher Johnson and Alysha Johnson; great grandmother of eight; sister Linda McKeehan and brother Richard Nation. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband Al Miller, sisters Barbara, Dorothy, brothers Eugene and Don Nation.

Services will be held privately.
