Sean Patrick Barrett, age 48 of Aurora, IL, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Rainbow Hospice in Chicago, IL. He was born January 4, 1973 in Aurora, IL, the son of Bradley Stephen and Linda nee Steingraber Barrett. Sean was an electrician in the construction industry and member of the IBEW Local #461 until 2010. In his spare time he played the bass, rode motorcycles and spent time with his boys. He is survived by his wife of 20 years Regan McNamee Barrett, sons Ryan, Brennan, Caleb "CJ", Daniel, mother Linda Barrett, grandmother Joyce Barrett, sister Megan (Brian Small) Barrett, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Barrett and mother-in-law Kathi McNamee. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a memorial service at 6:30 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
