Samantha Ann Moore (Michelle Marie Hartman) age 50 of Aurora, IL died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born September 12, 1964 in Aurora, IL. She was a member of the Class of 1984 of East Aurora High School in Aurora, IL. She is survived by her son Maverick (Jessica) Hartman of Ramona, CA, her parents Robert and Patricia nee Moore Hartman of Aurora, IL, sister Margaret (Mike) Parker of Oswego, IL, three brothers Steven (Jean) Hartman and John Hartman both of Aurora, IL, Daniel Hartman of Kewanee, IL, also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandson Jaxon Hartman. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the House of God at Mooseheart Mooseheart, IL.
