Clarence Charles Salata, age 72 of Chicago, IL passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Winfield Woods Healthcare Center, Winfield, IL. Clarence was born on April 14, 1942 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Joseph and Gertrude nee Kozy Salata. He was a member of St. Edward Church in Chicago, IL. Clarence is survived by daughter, Laura (Scott) Pitts of Aurora, IL and a son Tim (Karen) Salata of Palatine, IL; one grandson Michael Pitts of Aurora, IL He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joseph Salata, Jr. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory 1801 South Douglas Rd., Oswego, IL.
