Rosalie Catherine nee Sheesley Via, age 79 years of Morris, IL, formerly of Plainfield, IL, passed away peacefully,  after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease, Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehab Center in Morris, IL. She was born January 18, 1938 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of Grant and Marie nee Blische Sheesley. She graduated from Dundalk High School in 1956. Rosalie was a girl scout leader and PTA mom for many years.  She was employed at Marshall Fields and County Line Animal Hospital. She was the ultimate "sports grandma" as she lovingly cheered on her grandsons all through their school years. She is survived by her children, Karen (Dean) Noggle of Newark, IL and Linda (Bob) Johnston of Channahon, IL, grandchildren Adam (Alexis) Noggle, Michael (Rene) Noggle, Sean (Stephanie) Noggle, and 6 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by her brothers Grant (June) Sheesley and Robert (Gail) Sheesley and one niece Cindy (Bill) Bridenbaugh. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family would like to express their gratitude to the wonderful staff at Park Pointe, especially the "D" wing crew, and amazing ladies from Joliet Hospice. Thank you all for taking care of our mother.  You will forever be in our hearts. A gathering of family and friends will be held on June 6, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. until a memorial service at 6:00 P.M. at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
