William Donald Roake, Jr., age 59, of Yorkville, IL passed away on February 6, 2014 at the Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born September 10, 1954 in Geneva, IL, the son of William Donald and Lois Jean nee Petersen Roake, He worked many years as an owner operator of Roake Flooring of Yorkville, IL. His greatest passion was his family. He is survived by his longtime companion Sheila MacQuarrie of Yorkville, IL, children Stephen (Dawn) Roake of Joliet, IL, Daniel (Wendy) Roake of Joliet, IL, Julie (Andy) York of Oswego,IL, grandchildren Holly, Aubrey, Cole and step-granddaughter Morgan, step-children Michelle (Randy) Kniefel of IN, Teena (Bob) Jakowinicz of MI, Jason (Veronica) LePinske fo Carol Stream, IL, William (Julie) LePinske of Plainfield, IL, 13 step-grandchildren, sisters Cindy (Gary) Schmidt of Two Rivers, WI, Sandi (Wes) Travis of Warrenville, IL, Nancy Roake of Wheaton, IL, brother David (Candy) Roake of Sandwich, IL, many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. A visitation will be held on February 11, 2014 from 3:00 PM until service time at 7:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
