Mary Josephine Ritchie, age 90, of Oswego, IL, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 with her family by her side at Alden of Waterford in Aurora, IL. She was born January 4, 1924, the daughter of Anthony and Josephine nee Carrao Pusateri. She was a loving mother of two daughters JoAnn (Michael) Somora and Joyce (Marshall) Peltz both of Oswego, IL, cherished grandmother to three grandchildren, Michael (Kimberly) Somora of Downers Grove, IL, Julie (Keith) Wilson of Oswego, IL, Jamie (Jeffrey) LeGrand of Oswego, IL, dearest great-grandmother to 11 great-grandchildren, Logan, Gabrielle, Luke and Elleanor Somora; Sarah and Emily Wilson; Dylan, Jason, Noah, Isabella and Abigail LeGrand, loving and cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a friend to everyone she met no one was a stranger. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Rollin Ritchie, sister and brother-in-law Prudence (Roy) Richter, brothers and sisters-in-law Lee (Ruth), Harry (Mary) and Salvador (Jen) Campangna. She attended services at Big Life Community Church in Oswego, IL. She studied with and was loved by the Wheatland Salem United Methodist Church Women's Bible Study group. She was an avid bingo player, and was a wonderful piano player. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 11:00 AM until a memorial service at 2:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1801 S.
