Richard J "Rick" Ross, age 57, of Machesney Park, IL formerly of Aurora, IL died suddenly Monday, April 27, 2015 at Rockford Memorial Hospital in Rockford, IL. He was born December 18, 1957 in Aurora, IL. He attended Our Lady of Good Counsel grade school and East Aurora High School both in Aurora, IL. For the last several years Rick had been under the direction and watchful eyes of Ramp No Limits a community reintegration program for those who suffer from physical disabilities. Under their care he was able to live independently and be an active member of the Rockford, IL area. The family greatly appreciates their efforts and care to Rick. Rick is survived by his mother Violet S Ross of Aurora, IL, a sister Debrah Miller of Decatur, GA, a brother Bob (Nora) Ross of Yorkville, IL, two nephews Jason Gunderson of Aurora, IL and Bob (Debbie) Ross of Montgomery, IL.
