Rebecca Lynn (Theen) Ferguson Rebecca was born to Mary and George Theen (deceased) on June 30, 1971 in Syracuse, NY and passed away on August 25, 2016 in Oswego, IL. She was a beloved mother to Conor (7) and Peter (6), and devoted wife of Ethan. She was the valedictorian of her high school class, studied abroad in Hamburg and Munich, Germany and graduated from Cornell University. She celebrated neurodiversity and was a champion for families with special needs children. She was kind, generous and strong. An amazing woman who will be missed by her family and her multitude of friends. She is survived by mother Mary, husband and two sons, sisters Kimberly (Doug) Rouselle and April (Jeremy) Jones, brother George Theen, aunt Margaret VanPatten and uncle Charles (Carole) VanPatten. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 4:00 PM until a memorial service at 6:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 S. Douglas Rd.
