Raymond Jerome Aaron, 84 of Montgomery, died Friday, June 20, 2025. Ray (Jerry) is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Nancy, and their five children, Kim (Jim) Lund, Gloria (James) Zatorski, Raymond (Michelle) Aaron, Thomas (Kim) Aaron and Drew Aaron. Grandfather of 15: Aaron (Jackie), Caleb (Laura), Elizabeth, & Grace Zatorski, Collmann, Brayden, Carson, & Delaney Aaron, David and Lilly Lund. Emma, Annabelle, Rosalie, Lawton, and Bonnie Aaron and Great Grandfather of Addy and Ollie Zatorski. Also survived by his dear sister Gloria (the late Vincent) Diana of Manchester, CT, his brother-in-law Dave (Maryann) Thomas and many nieces and nephews.

Ray was born in Chicago, graduated from DePaul University, was in management at International Harvester, started his own business with his wife Nancy, and drove a limo in retirement. Ray was a Trustee at Naperville Bible Church, (helping physically build it), a Greeter at their sister church Grace Pointe Plainfield, occasional grill master for a nursing home and always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed. Loved reading scripture and devotionals from Today in the Word, being a little league coach for his 3 son's had a witty (dry) sense of humor, specialized in making situations better and could repair almost anything. He so enjoyed dancing with his wife, walks in Morton's Arboretum and spending the winters on the beach in South Carolina. His family was everything to him and he will be dearly missed.

Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, June 28 from 11:00 AM until a Memorial Service at 1:00 PM at Grace Pointe Church Plainfield, 14210 US 30, Plainfield, IL 60544.
