Ray Allen Jones, age 70, of Naperville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 1, 2018 at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. He was born August 20, 1948 in Malden, MA, the son of the late Willie C. and Louise nee Ellis Jones. Prior to his retirement, Ray worked as an executive recruiter for Q1 Technology, Naperville, IL. In his spare time, Ray enjoyed listening to all genres of music and playing his guitar. He cherished his moments with family and adored his grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters Lindsey Jones of TN., Ashley (Chuck) Kieta of Oswego, IL, step-son Joshua (Aria) Horton of Sugar Grove, IL, grandchildren Mikayla & Emma Kieta, sisters Barbara (Bob) Jones of FL., Diane Eysermans of MA and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Sonny Jones and sisters Nancy and Ruthie Jones. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 3:00 pm until a funeral service at 7:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
