Paul Bakacs, age 87, of Montgomery, IL passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Hillside Nursing & Rehab in Yorkville, IL. He was born October 20, 1928 in Hungary the son of Jozsef and Anna nee Nyari Bakacs. He worked many years as an upholsterer for AllSteel in Montgomery, IL. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening and fishing in his spare time. He is survived by his children Tony Bakacs of Montgomery, IL, Paula (David) Carter of Plano, Julie (Russ) Garcia of Montgomery, grandchildren Jocelyn (Lewis Rhine) Bakacs, Janelle Bakacs, Mitchell Carter, Rachel Carter, Nick Garcia, Cody Garcia and numerous family in the old country. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Donna. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
