Patrick Thomas McGinn, age 34, of Chicago, IL, passed away on October 22, 2015 in Chicago, IL. He was born April 11, 1981 in Concord, MA. Patrick worked as a laborer in the construction field for many years. He loved to watch sports and especially enjoyed all the Chicago teams. He is survived by his mother Virginia Lynn "Ginny" Mazenko of Oswego, IL, sister Amy Bernet of Oswego, IL, maternal grand-mother Kathleen Mazenko of Chciago, IL, niece Skylar Bernet of Oswego, IL, nephew Ashton Bernet of Oswego, IL, aunt Colleen (John) Lee of Manteno, IL, and an uncle John Mazenko of Orland Park, IL. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Jerome Mazenko. There will be a celebration of life on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Suzy's Bar and Grill, 4353 Tuma Road, Yorkville, IL 60560.
