Patricia A. Aedo-Hockwalt, age 78, of Oswego, IL, peacefully passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017 at Alden of Naperville. She was born January 6, 1939 in DeSoto, IL, the daughter of Andrew and Ida M. nee Fredrick Hartley. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a medical technologist at Carbondale Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, IL. She is survived by her children Gino (Leslie) Aedo of Whittier, CA, Renee (Mark) Dobbertin of Oswego, IL, grandchildren Cole Aedo of Whittier, CA, Megan Dobbertin of Oswego, IL, Brad Dobbertin (Denise Lofgren) of Elburn, IL, Erica (German) Martinez of Goodyear, AZ, a sister Frances Young and a niece Brenda Hambrick both of Lakeside, MT. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Martin Hockwalt. Cremation was performed in accordance with Patricia's wishes.
