Nopharat Ouankeo, age 75, of Aurora, IL, peacefully passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.

She was born December 14, 1946 in Thailand, the daughter of the late Savang Sittiphisai and Songkarn Patachai.

She is survived by her children, Latsanivanh "Meo" (John) Corral, Saleumxay "Mou" (Noy Tyler) Ouankeo, Rosalind "Kai" (Nicolas) Valadez Jr., Sakon (Saowanee) Ouankeo, 13 grandchildren, 2 younger sisters Uchukorn Kameraniya and Pathummana Kothisen both in Thailand and a brother Manou (Reena) Phommachith in Aurora.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sananh "Sam", a grandson and 6 brothers.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATOY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.

A traditional Buddhist funeral service will be held from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 11, 2022.
