Navid Haddadi, age 55, of Oswego, IL, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Saturday, August 13, 2016. He was born March 21, 1961 in Iran, the son of Motie and Rayehe Makoui.
Prior to his retirement he was a professor of Computer Science at the University of Southern California.
He is survived by his sister Kathy (Mike) Thorne of Oswego, IL, brother Manoocher (Carol) Makoui of IA, aunts Nahid Makoui of Lombard, IL, Aytan Zimmerman of France, uncles Cyrus Makoui of VA, Behrooz Makoui of Iran, cousin Azita Aminian of Naperville, IL, niece Laya Adib of San Francisco, CA, nephews Saj Adib of Naperville, IL, Mark Makoui of IL, Mike Makoui of Naperville, IL, and great nephews Jordan Thorne and Little Adrian.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 2:00 PM until a memorial service at 6:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
