Nancy J. Elbrecht, 90, of Aurora passed away peacefully on June 15, 2026 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.

She was born in Lake Geneva, WI on May 25, 1936, the daughter of James and Agnes (Topolinski) Parshall.

she was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Aurora IL and a former member at St Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL.

Survivors include children Timothy (Debbie) Elbrecht, Michael Elbrecht, Lisa (OluFemi) Sonuga, Steven Elbrecht, Neil (Julie) Elbrecht, Kevin (Barbara) Elbrecht, Patrick Elbrecht, grandchildren Lauren (Louis) Persino, Adam Swanson, Alexander (Abigail) Swanson, Tyler (Mariah) Elbrecht, Ryan Elbrecht, Brandon Elbrecht, Amy Elbrecht, Katherine Elbrecht, Omolara Sonuga, Olajide Sonuga, Joseph Elbrecht, Elisabeth Elbrecht, Gabrielle Elbrecht, Aidan Elbrecht, Sean Elbrecht, Mary Elbrecht, great-grandchildren Lilah Persino, Emersyn Persion, Everett Elbrecht, Blakely Elbrecht, Bryson Elbrecht, Ava Elbrecht, Rose Swanson, sister Katie Hansen and brother Richard Parshall.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene, daughter Julie Swanson, sisters Diane Bullis and Dorothy Smith and a brother John Parshall.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 29, 2026 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with a funeral service at 12:00 (Noon) at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
