Robert R Murphy, age 77, of Montgomery, IL died suddenly on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born July 14, 1936 in Streator, IL the son of the late Roy J and Ann M nee Repyak Murphy. Bob was employed as a baker since he was 18 years old work at Rainbow and Colonial Bakeries in Aurora, IL and Metz Bakery in Chicago, IL prior to his retirement in 2001. Bob is survived by his wife Cindy nee Wagner Murphy, two sons Jason (Linda) Murphy and Steve (Jessica) Murphy both of Streator, IL, nine grandchildren and a sister Ruth Snyder of Streator, IL. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 Douglas Road Oswego, IL.
