Mildred R nee Pierce Costello, 99 years, of Oswego, IL died peacefully with her family at her side on Tuesday, September 3, 2019. She was born November 15, 1919 in Oswego, IL the daughter of the Andrew M and Anna M nee Kackert Pierce. Millie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all she ever met. She was a member of St Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL. She was an ardent fan of bowling, basketball, fishing especially when her children and grandchildren were involved. Millie is survived by her daughter Cheryl Hart of Yorkville, IL, Tom Costello, III of Oswego, IL, three grandchildren Richard (Annette) Hart, Scott (Leslie) Hart both of Yorkville, IL, Kim (Jay) Zukowski of Round Lake, IL, seven great grandchildren Thomas, Joe and Faith Hart, Lauren and Carly Zukowski, Ray and Jonah Hart, also nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death also by her husband Thomas E Costello, Jr., sisters Marian, Ruth, Jean, Alice and brother Andrew "Bud" Pierce. Family graveside service were held at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Aurora, IL.
