Michael Allen Walker, age 63, of Bloomingdale, IL, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at home. He was born September 21, 1954 in Oak Park, IL the son of Kenneth Walker and Barbara Reiling. Michael worked as a gym teacher for many years. He was a member at Trinity Lutheran Church in Roselle, IL, and also a member of the Southern Illinois University Alumni Association. Michael was also very involved in his community being a wrestling coach for many years. He enjoyed craft beers and collecting their labels, could tell you where to find the best hot dogs, and was a big Chicago Cubs baseball fan. He is survived by his mother Barbara Lidke, and three sisters, Christine (William) Frawley, Wendy (Mark) Cunico, and Susan (Jim) Gross. He was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Walker, Step-father Harry Lidke, and a sister, Deborah Weiner. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
