Maverick Steven Samek passed peacefully in the arms of his loving parents on May 3, 2016. Maverick was born on April 28, 2016 at 1:06 AM. During his five short days of life, he touched many lives and he will forever be loved and remembered in the hearts of his family and friends. Maverick is deeply loved by his mommy and daddy, big sister Macie, big brother Miles, his grandparents, his great grandma, his aunts and uncles, and his cousins. Scott and Brittney would like to personally thank the wonderful nurses in the NICU at Rush Copley Medical Center for their love, compassion and support during this tough time. We will be forever grateful for our NICU family. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 2 PM at Faith Lutheran Church, 3000 Liberty St. Aurora, IL.
