Marilyn A. Fortman, 71, of Oswego, IL, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2019 at the Asbury Gardens in North Aurora, IL. She was born August 5, 1947 in Hayward, WI the daughter of Stanley George Fortman and Gloria Katherine Baker. Marilyn was active in the Oswego Senior Center and the Red Hat Society. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL. She loved her friends at the Asbury Gardens Center and when she wasn't enjoying time with her friends, she loved to spoil her grandkids and great grandkids. Marilyn is survived by her loving mother, children, Dawn (Mark) Graber, Nicole (Mike) Wilson, Stan (Gina) Kramer, Ben (Beth) Kramer, Chelsea Santiago, grandchildren Kyle, Carley, Connor, Hunter, Jessica, Joshua, Jennifer, Brian, Olivia, Emma, Trey, Gabi Grace, great-grandchildren Kylee, Faith, siblings Mark, Dale (Elsa), Laurie (David), Virginia (Edward), sister-in-law Linda Miller and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father and her brothers Kenneth and Carl. Gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 10:00 AM until a memorial service at 1:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
