January 30, 1951 – February 17, 2024
Margaret "Peggy" Flanigan, 73, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 17, 2024. She was surrounded by the comfort and love of her family.
Peggy will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jim of 50 years, her children, Bridget Flanigan and Colleen (Jim) Hamann, as well as her three granddaughters, Breea, Whitney, and Margo Hamann.
Peggy was born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania on January 30, 1951, daughter of the late Frank and Betty Delaney. She is survived by her twin sister, Kathy, and sisters, Beth and Kelly, and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Family and friends were everything to Peggy. She always celebrated the big and small moments and brought joy and laughter to every occasion.
Peggy had profound faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, our Holy Spirit, and our Mother Mary.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 1801 South Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
A Funeral Mass in memory of Peggy will be on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Anne Catholic Church, 551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL 60543.
