Marcia J. McDowell, 79, passed peacefully on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois with her loving family at her side.

She was born August 16, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Clarence and Lorraine nee Hammersmith Benda.

Marcia loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her four children, Ken (Ellen) Kubitz, Tammy (Teak) Wheeler, Virginia Strukel and Marianne (Terry) Miller, her six grandchildren Eli, Alex, Logan, Jake, Sam and Mckenna; sister, Barbara Sage and nephew, Mike (Pegeen) Sage.

A private graveside service was held at Oswego Township Cemetery in Oswego, Illinois.
