Kay was born Sep, 9, 1949 in Du Quoin, IL. to Kenneth & Hilda (Smith) Preston. She married David Marchiando Aug, 9, 1969 in Gibson City, IL. She had been a 411 operator for IL. Bell Telephone in Lombard & Downers Grove for 20 years. She is survived by her husband, David of Sheridan; a brother Jerry of Danville; a sister, Sondra Patchatt of Kankakee; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gene.
