Doris M. nee Preston Law, age 81 years of Montgomery, IL died Thursday, September 25, 2014 at The Tillers in Oswego, IL. She was born October 5, 1932 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late George & Lida Preston. Doris was a sales person for Queens Way To Fashion Clothing until her retirement in 1998. She was also a tour guide with Mayflower Tours of Downers Grove, IL. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Yorkville, IL, where she was a member of the Church Circle, The Red Hat Society, Oswego Gardeners and enjoyed her grandchildren and her granddogs. She was previously a lifelong member of The Brookfield United Methodist Church, Brookfield, IL. Doris is survived by her children Donna KIalbich of Joliet, IL, Catherine Pendleton of Skokie, IL, Jean (Jim) Biss of Plainfield, IL, Nancy (Mike) Dagefoerde of Roscoe, IL, Colleen (Bill) Nedrow of Montgomery, IL, 11 grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Beth, Greg, Matt, Abi, Brooke, William, Payton, Gavin, and Halas. Also surviving her is her brother Thomas (Margie) Preston of Oswego, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Linda, granddaughter Kristen, and her second husband Arthur Dwight Law, Jr. A memorial service will be held at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Rd., Oswego, IL Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 12:30 PM. with Pastor Phil Sheets officiating.
