Kurt F. Spuhler age 63 of Montgomery, IL went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2024, at Northwestern Memorial Delnor Community Hospital with his loving family at his side. He was born July 27,1960 in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Kurt Francis and Joanne Marie (Nee Gallaghnal) Spuhler.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 28 years, Renee A (Nee Crist). Children Kurt (Ashley) Spuhler, Paige (Chris) Sonetz. Loving grandfather of five Kurt, Aubree, Keaton, Reyna, and Ivan. Siblings Paul Spuhler, Mark Spuhler and Denise (Todd) Snyder.

Kurt was employed as a finance manager at Bob Jass in Elburn, Illinois. He loved boating, was an avid gun collector, and Miami Dolphins fan. He also loved to be by the ocean, spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren. He lived life to the fullest. Lived everyday as if it was his last day and never held a grudge.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday February 22nd from 4p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7:30p.m. at Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory 1801 S. Douglas Road Oswego, IL. 60543.
