Kimberly Sue (FANCSALI) LOBDELL
Luke 21:4 "For all they contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in allshe had to live on. "
August 18, 1966 - May 6, 2026,
Kimberly Sue (Fancsali) Lobdell, age 59, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. She was born on August 18, 1966, in Aurora, Illinois. She was preceded in death
by her parents, Doug and Kathie Fancsali. Kim was faithfully and lovingly married to her husband and soulmate, Terry Lobdell, on May 10, 1986. They were just a few days shy of their 40th wedding anniversary. She was a loving wife, mother, Nana, and aunt who will be deeply missed and cherished by her loved ones and friends. Kim was a paralegal for over 30 years and recently retired from the law firm of Speers, Reuland and Cibulski in 2026.
Kim loved reading, cooking, baking and trying new recipes, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, laying in the sun, and hosting game nights with her family. She also loved anything and everything Christmas. Kim was the least selfish person on the planet and was always helping and thinking of others before herself. She had the biggest and most generous heart, and she touched so many lives that we know she will live on even though she is no longer with us.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Lobdell of Millington, Illinois; her children, Jessica (Steven) Douglas, Adam (Cortney) Lobdell of Oswego, Illinois, and Katie Mynatt of Millington, Illinois; her grandchildren, Carter Lobdell, Isaiah Brown, Bailey Douglas, and Kane Mynatt; as well as her sister Jennifer, nieces, nephews, aunts, and her father-in-law, Neil Lobdell of Plano, Illinois. We welcome Kim into the Lord's hands, and she will always and forever live in our hearts and memories.
A visitation for Kimberly will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543. Interment will be private. For information, 630-554-3888 or visit her memorial page at www.dunnfamilyfuneralhome.com
