Kimberly Ellen Castle, age 60, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on January 22, 1966, in Aurora, Illinois, Kimberly was the daughter of Robert Myers and Shirley (née Hall) Myers.

Kimberly found joy in life's simple moments. She loved getting lost in a good book or audiobook, spending time sewing, and using her talent to mend clothing and create thoughtful gifts for those she loved. She adored her dogs, enjoyed unwinding with her favorite reality television shows, and treasured the time she spent with her family.

Kimberly is lovingly remembered by her children, Tiffany Hermann (Zach), Brian Castle, and Michael Castle; her cherished grandchildren, Kailyn Castle, Duncan Bettenhausen, and Dylan Bettenhausen; her mother, Shirley Myers; her siblings, Brenda Faul (Dennis), Susan Voss, Julie Hayes (Allen), and Greg Myers; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Myers; her brother, Bob Myers; and her nephews, Gregory Myers Jr. and Jacob Hayes.
