Kevin E. Bruton, age 64, of Yorkville, IL, peacefully passed away with his loving family by his side at his residence on Sunday, January 26, 2020. He was born August 16, 1955 in Chicago, IL the son of John Edward and Mary Jane nee Faloon Bruton. Prior to his retirement, Kevin worked as a forklift driver for Estes Express. His true passion was refereeing football games. He was a member of the Central Officials Association for 37 years. He was also a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL. Kevin is survived by his wife of 41 years Marybeth, children Brendan (Ruby) Bruton, Colin (Brenda) Bruton, Conery (Stephanie) Bruton, Brittany (Bob) Bauer, Shannon (Mike) Whitt, grandchildren Trevor, Isabella, Colton, Tyson, Ileana, Canaan, Blakely, sister Janet (Doug) Varn, brothers Robert (Nancy) Bruton, Daniel (Kathy) Bruton and a brother-in-law Riley Tierney. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Colleen Tierney. Visitation will held on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Risen Lord Cemetery in Oswego, IL.
