Born on October 3, 1938, in Ottawa, Illinois, Kenneth lived a life marked by love, faith, and a profound commitment to his family and community.
Kenneth was the cherished son of the late Leon and Mabel (Goodrich) Plique. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Thelma June (Staton), with whom he shared 42 wonderful years of marriage. Known for his kindness and generosity, Kenneth touched the lives of all who knew him. Even throughout his illness, his unwavering faith was a beacon of hope and inspiration.
An avid dancer, Kenneth participated in several dance competitions throughout LaSalle County and the Chicago area. His love for movement and music was matched by his enthusiasm for sports cars. Kenneth also found joy in artistic pursuits, spending cherished moments drawing, painting, and creating wood projects with his son, Jeff.
