Kenneth Leo Legner, age 76, of Sandwich, IL, peacefully passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at The Tillers in Oswego, IL. He was born February 1, 1939 in Pontiac, IL, the son of Leo and Elizabeth nee Early Legner. Ken worked for Ruberoid/G.A.F. Corp. and Ivex Corp. prior to his retirement in 2000. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Joliet, IL. Ken was past president for Auroraland Auto Restorers Club. He is survived by his wife, Barbara E. Legner of Sandwich, IL, sisters Elnora Roesel of Joliet, IL, Betty Savage of Wilsonville, OR, and brothers Norman (Wilda) and Robert (Barbara) Legner both of Joliet, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister in infancy. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
