Kaysone Thavorn's Obituary
Kaysone "Mong" Thavorn, age 68, of Montgomery IL, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.
She was born on December 24, 1957 in Laos, the daughter of the late Khamphone and Khamngao Xayarath.
She is survived by her husband My Thavorn, her daughter Melissa Thavorn and her fiancé Marc Aluquin, her 7 siblings, and cherished nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
