Kathryn Laura Gaworski, age 74, of Oswego, IL died Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, IL surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 17, 1940 in Aurora, IL the daughter of the late George L. and Irene S. nee Molitor Gaworski, Sr. Kate was a graduate of Madonna High School in Aurora, IL, Class of 1958, Alverno University in Milwaukee, WI where she received a BS Degree in Education, then she continued on to receive a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL. She taught for many years in the Mathematics Dept. of Naperville North High School in Naperville, IL prior to her retirement. Kate is survived by three sisters Joann (Robert) Zell of Minooka, IL, Jane Frederick of Florence, SC, Jeanette (Ralph) Anton of Jacksonville, IL, two brothers Kenneth (Joani) Gaworski of LaCresent, MN, George (Lauralee) Gaworski of Ottawa, IL; fifteen nieces and nephews, seventeen great nieces and nephews, two great, great nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister Helen Gaworski. Cremation was accorded. Private burial of the cremains will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery in Aurora, IL.
