Kathryn Ruth Blanck, age 84, of Yorkville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at her residence. She was born January 16, 1932 in Highland Park, Michigan, the daughter of Arno and Elizabeth Rudolph. Kay was an expert knitter, spinner, weaver, quilter and a wonderful cook. She lived and traveled around the United States and the world. She introduced ATM machines to Wisconsin. She was good, honest, funny, friendly, bold in life, and wonderful to know. And always she loved and devoted herself to her family. She is survived by her son David of Kettle Falls, Washington, her sister Barbara Neese of Cedar, Michigan, three granddaughters, and two grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her husband Ken, the love of her life, and her daughter Karen Jebsen. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 3:00 PM until a memorial service at 4:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
