Junetta "Cokie" Green age 63 went to be with God September 8, 2024, surrounded by her family and loved ones at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois.

She was born on October 24, 1960, in Wise County, Virginia. The daughter of Jessie and Lillie Sexton (Gibson).

Junetta loved baking, sewing, crocheting, antiquing and spending time with family and her dog Max. She was always there for those that had fallen on hard times. She survived by her husband Carson Green of Harding, IL. Her children Jessie (Missy) Daraban of Sheridan, IL, Scott Cejka of Sheridan, IL, Crystal (Tabor) Griglione of Oglesby, IL, Shawn (Amanda) Cejka of Sheridan, IL, Tammie Reynolds of Ottawa, IL, Jennifer Green of Ottawa, IL, Samantha Green of Rockford, IL, mother Lillie Sexton of Georgia, brother Jessie (Margaret) Sexton, sister Connie (Dave) Gordon, sister Linda (Dyrald) Ryckman, brother Jeff (Melody) Sexton.

Grandchildren Jakob & Joey Daraban, Kyler Boaz, Emma Reynolds, Gavin Freeman, Halana Cejka, Ryia Boaz, Zander Cejka, Savanna Green, Rhyatt Cejka, Valor Manning and Easton Griglione. She was proceeded in death by her father Jessie Sexton, sister Debbie Sexton, nephews Jonathon Sexton and Randy Sexton, niece Brianna Sexton. "Until we meet again"

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at West Prairie Worship Center, 39W550 Prairie Street, Aurora, IL 60506. Funeral service will be on Friday, September 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the church.
