Judith Kay Severson, 70, of Newark passed Monday, June 10, 2019 at her apartment at the Newark Senior Center. Judith was born April 17, 1949 in Newark to Gerhard & Kathryn Marie (Bailey) Severson. She was a lifelong member of the Newark Lutheran Church. Judith is survived by her brother Ronald Severson of Aurora; a stepbrother, Roger Severson of Ottawa and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death her parents; two brothers, Paul Severson and William Severson. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Millington-Newark Cemetery with Pastor Steve Lombardo officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family.
