Joyce Benes, age 57, of Oswego, IL, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born November 8, 1962 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Peter and Marjorie nee Peterson Piecuch. Joyce loved all animals, especially horses. She was a member of the AQHA and she showed and trained horses. She also loved cars and taking care of her family. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sugar Grove, IL. She is survived by her mother Marjorie Piecuch, her husband of 30 years Patrick Benes, her children Brandon Benes, Paige (Nathaniel) Morris, step-children Cearise (Jimmy) Albright, Charles Benes, one grandchild on the way, step-grandchildren Ava Albright, Abigail Albright, her twin sister Janet Piecuch, sister Barbara Powell and brother Bruce (Mary Kay) Piecuch. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
