John Edmund Malinowski, age 73, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2019 at Autumn Leaves of Oswego. He was born on April 21, 1946, a son to the late Vincent and Juanita Malinowski. John proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his service, John worked as a truck driver at UPS until his retirement in 2004. In his spare time John enjoyed fishing, boating and anything that had to do with being in the great outdoors. He is survived by his three children: Michael (Stacy) Malinowski of Yorkville, IL, Denise (Sean) Gibbs of Victoville, CA, and Lewis Malinowski; seven grandchildren: Johnny, Mikey, and Andrew Malinowski; Michael and Amanda Gibbs; Brian and Taylor Malinowski; four great grandchildren, Graysen, Jace, and Brooklyn, Aaron, along with five brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, Brother Joe, and a Sister Lou. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be addressed to the Alzheimer's Association at 225 N.
