John M. Golik, age 56, of Aurora, IL, passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born July 29, 1959 in Chicago, IL, the son of Edward M. and Clara S. nee Fariniak Golik. He is survived by his mother Clara Golik of Addison, wife Judy Golik of Aurora, IL, son Eddie (Fiancé Samantha O'Malley) Golik of Aurora, IL, daughter Amy (Fiancé Patrick Donohue) Golik of Bolingbrook, IL, granddaughters Micayla, Kylie and Leah Donohue of Bolingbrook, IL, sister Irene Payne of Addison, IL and brothers Ricky Golik of Addison, IL and Joe Smigiel of Addison, IL. He is preceded in death by his father, a brother Chester Golik, father-in-law Gerald Huerta and brother-in-laws Jerry Huerta and Larry Scialabba.
