Joan Louise Adams, 91, of Oswego, IL, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021 with her husband by her side. Born February 10, 1930 Oswego to Florence and William Ode Jr. Joan is survived by her beloved husband, Cecil Adams; her nieces, Deanna (Mark) Steinke, Karen (Bob) Gutierrez, and Sandy (Jim) Ramey; her nephews, Steve Pierce, Randy (Colleen) Pierce, and Bill (Lorrie) Arthur; her sister, Patsy R. Arthur, and her brother-in-law, Oliver Pierce. Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Florence and William Ode Jr. and her sister Brona Lu Pierce.
