Jeffrey A Mayfield, 59, of Oswego, IL died Friday, April 8, 2016 at his residence. He was born March 3, 1957 in Dallas, TX. Jeff is a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. Jeff is survived by his wife Tammy G. (Sheffield) Mayfield, two daughters Morgan and Brooke Mayfield of Oswego, IL, two sons Chance and Casey Mayfield both of Dallas, TX, two grandchildren William and Maddox Mayfield, his parents Larry and Shyla (Shaffer) Mayfield of Abilene, TX, a sister Connie (Woodie) Berlin, a brother Ken Mayfield, many nieces and nephews.
